Don't comment on posts you're not involved in...
Elie used the proper format in his report (gg.. You're even giving the wrong format << offence>> ... I'm depressed...) (the offense is written in the title and the evidence is the screenshot.. Simple as that?)
At least, he's doing a helpful job by reporting rule breakers not like you, just commenting on reports and saying the damn same thing each time.....
