Okay yea I probably do but how would get proof can't only the mods look at the IP of the two users?

Like Augustas28 said, please use the proper format. A user who has multiple accounts can be easily dealt with looking at their IPs but, please take screenshots of the harassment. Without screenshots, you have no credibility.

I'm sorry they aren't allowing me to do it the regular way because it says they are too big of a file but you can right click them and go to the link instead.
