False, server side anticheats dont work like that. Even if this was an unfair advantage(which it isn't) it wouldn't be possible to patch it as it only changes what the user sees on their screen. This is also the explanation to why xray isn't detected by the anticheat. (Non-technical explanation, please don't attack me). @Wizare There's nothing illegal about using that. Those are just hud mods and a sprint mod which are on the approved mods list.
OrangeMarshalls mods are widely used on *that one big server that has a lot of players* Nobody has gotten banned for using them on there, so I don't see why you would get banned. I highly recommend his 1.8.8 Optifine/1.7 animations client, its great to be able to blockhit.
