»Can't place spawner on Nether

Hello there, me and my teamates tried to place spawners on our Nether island in our grinder but we were getting this error:
We all tried to place it but none of us could. Any help please? Maybe a high staff can place it for us?

 

so any fix? because i want to use my nether
