Before diving to the guide to rekting your foes, a little background of history is always important, as a well-known character once said, "Ignorance is the Enemy!"

Annihilation is a Team-based game, and as such, is must be played with a team. Fortunately, there a lot of Anni players, so you don't have to worry about receiving a shortage of teammates.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of well-known players, and more often than not, people will flock to them, because, well... they're simply good at rushing.

However, that places them at a *slight* disadvantage. If they get spotted by a try-hard fan, they would be distracted by this player (Ex: "Youtuber1 goes to Iron Mine, "FanBoi1" blocks him from mining, demanding a screenie or something.) thus, making preparations slightly harder.

Anyway, moving on to the guide.

    Strategy!

You'd be surprised at how similar Annihilation is to MoBa games, and they share one thing in common: Being stacked early on. ("Stacked" means getting good gear early on to kill enemies so their chances of getting stacked themselves lowers.)

For starters, you'd want to go to the Local Iron mine, and mine 32 Iron Ore. Makes sure that for every 8 Iron Ore you collect, head to you Enderfurnace. I'll explain why.

Phase 1 is a very Vital phase, seeing that if your attempts to mine are interrupted countless of times by that Cat or Scout killing you while Mining, then you'd just rush to Mid. In that scenario, your team would be at a real disadvantage.

Therefore, if you managed to collect 24 Iron Ore, but your last batch of 8 just got stolen with you getting killed, you still have resources to work with. Best craft that Iron to a Chestplate, Leggings and Boots, along with an Iron Sword, and teach that Scout/Cat/[Insert class here] a lesson or two about messing with you.

    Part 2:

After you complete a set of Iron Armor and the essential Iron Gear (Sword and Pickaxe), you might want to make the rest of you gear by Stone (Axe and Shovel). This next part is essential to Phase 2 or 3.

    Enchanting.

Head to your Redstone Mine early on, as Emeralds would take more time to mine as of now. I successfully observed in Anni, that upon visting a Enchanting Table surrounded by bookshelves, my Iron Pickaxe will always, ALWAYS be enchanted with Effeciency II, Unbreaking II on the first enchanting option.

Basically means that you'll have to collect the levels necessary for the first enchant, and more often than not, an Effeciency II Pick would be your best friend for the rest of the game. (That is, if you don't die.)

By this time around, it should be Phase 2, nearing Phase 3. Now is the perfect time to collect XP in your Emerald or Redstone mines. When you reach Level 30, scan through the table for the best enchants possible. Note that Golden Helmets are superiors to Iron Helmets, seeing they have the same protection, but you could enchant Gold far, far easier. (In Minecraft gamepedia, a golden gear has an enchantability of 25, while Iron only scores 8. Diamond scores 12, just a fact thrown here.)

Anyway, repeat this exercise until you managed to enchant all your stuff.

Phase 4 is near, or it is already Phase 4. You might want to quickly collect enough Gold to brew all your potions. I will rank each potion according to their usefulness:

Strength (5/5). Enhanced damage is a *must*.
Regeneration (3/5). Useful after you clear a group of enemies, since you could regen faster.
Instant Health I (2/5) II (5/5) Even more useful than Regeneration, but more expensive.

Those are the three main potions you'll have to brew. You'll finish this by Phase 5, and at that time, depending on your luck, your team might still be standing.

You could do anything at this point. Jump off a cliff, take on an One-vs-Army sorta thing, I wouldn't care the less.
