    He means by that, that he isn't too experienced with the mod things (muting, warning etc.) and not that he doesn't know the rules of the server itself, it would be also a poor reason to punish for.

    As stated by Killermatic, War still has a lot to learn before he applies for Helper or even Admin. He has a lot to learn.

    And to be honest, this isn't even a valid reason to report.
