Ok, First of all, in the convo, he said he did not know what an alt is, so I can explained it to him that it was breaking the rules and told him to go to the forums and make a support ticket, but he did not use forums and said he got banned for hacking but was actually not. I don't know if he's telling the truth or not so please be the judge of that.
