Someone wrote this on a very similar topic and I feel like it should be reposted again as I couldn't describe it better.

I hope that you're able to understand the message I'm trying to convey. Everything you've said here is inadvertently ineffectual if you're simply listing complaints. If you'd like to have any substantial affect on the well-being of the staff system as a whole, you'd offer constructive criticism. Once you've given your complaints, offer solutions and reinforce these solutions with objective opinions and/or factual information. Otherwise, your complaints will be taken offensively and even though these complaints may be well founded, you'll receive a more subjective, more emotional response as a result of your passive-aggressive, unprofessional attack. Lastly, provide more emphasis on the solution rather than the problem and always focus more on the situation rather than the person.

It is exactly what is going on currently, people seem to list numerous amount of complaints and they think they do not need to offer any solutions to the problem, but hey newsflash, you want us to solve something on our own but yourself give very little feedback to how we can do this. We can't think of every solution ourselves. A problem is called a problem because we can't solve it quickly and easily(not true in all situations). If we had easy solutions only, we would've went with those asap as the problem occurred.

Now to me personally it seems like even after we try to do something that will help Guildcraft improve we get only negative comments. For example, a ton of people have been making remarks about zwaan111 that you do not know who he is and so on but what does that matter to you? Why do you as a player need to know anything about that person? We as Head-Admins know who he is, that he can be trusted and he will help in our endeavor in improving Guildcraft.

Oh yes Asy but why aren't people like (the following mentioned have been appointed by the community for promotion)krocktail/lolocraft/discoduck/teamtlv/killermatic not promoted to global/head admin? It is not that easy. As mentioned before we've had raghdan and monsterstorm as part of our staff team and they used our trust in their own personal endeavor(whatever this may be).

Very good example of a person who got promoted really quickly is Elphios, sorry to all the other admins but he has been my best promotion ever(Yes after a week or two). And he's been worth it all the way and you all can see that. He has been hated on by the community in the beginning too, and looks how he has turned out to be, as one of the best admins on Guildcraft.

Now I simply ask all of you to give zwaan111 a chance and if he doesn't prove himself, you will see soon enough yourself. If it doesn't work out you will soon enough see reports. And yeah, if it turns out to be he was the wrong apple picked between the many then so be it, at least we have taken the risk to improve Guildcraft and no one can tell otherwise.

For the people who wonder, if you want to be global admin, you ought to show it and not expect it(and no that doesn't include asking for it).

Oh yeah another warning, please behave within the rules. Your actions might limit the access on your account.

Now yes it is true that my post does seem like some rant, or its suppose to have some negative impact.
But my intention isnt that.
I just want to push to a "better"" future for gc.

True there is criticsm in this, and true providing a suggestion to improve a specific thing.
Trust me Asy if I had a solution to it id make the suggestion right away

Also I do wish people would give zwaan a chance, since I hate that people are calling him a randy
I remember zwaan being first promoted on prison, and from that point he did a good job

Elphios is a good example like zwann, since I remeber him geting hate like zwaan now.
Elphios did alot for the server and true hes is on of GCs best choices.

Also asking or expecting GlobalAdmin is a really dumb idea.
My intention was to earn it, not by people saying I deserve it, since inside I hated that.
Like for mod rank you have to earn it.

P.S I really dont know if you're telling me to behave or other people xD

I see how GC is trying to be "unique" if you will (for ex. english only, etc. etc.) but at the end, its just gonna to go all downhill

 

But seriously zwaan111 being global admin doesn't effect anything that much. He's not a dev, he's not going to make GC worse or better. Just another admin.
Note: by saying that he's not going to make GC better, I mean he's not going to improve any sub-server like devs do and like... I can't explain it
