Hello everyone, before any of you start reading this please keep an open mind, and not post stupid shit after reading like 2 sentences
I wanted to make this post for a few months now but i waited till it pilles up.
I personally want to give some reasons why gc is bad at the moment.

Also Heads i know you dont want a random faggot telling you how to do your job, im just suggesting thats all.

REMINDER: Im not becoming Vojkea here!


1)But i should first give you a reason why i left gc, since i get asked that from time to time.

There are 2 main reasons
a. Is that i just got bored of mc in general so i dont enjoy it anymore
b. is the main reason since it involves GC, and thats @xph11

Now dont get mad just yet xph is a good guy okay, and while you are reading this xph i understand you have a shit ton to do and to deal with
But understand stuff that has to be fixed or dealt with cant take forver.

Why xph is the reason for my leaving is because a few months back while i was still staff on multiple server
i went ahead and contacted xph to become full Admin on prison just like on skyblock since i didnt want to play it anymore.
Instead just take care of it thats all.
After asking for this he tells me that he doesnt trust me, because im someone that always wants more.
Thats quote on quote power hunrgy, which i can say with confidence im not.
I think i was called that because of the amount of servers i applied for, but think for a second what i thought about that.
I loved being staff and wanted to try new things so i did, i do understand for @AsyFrost for denying me on kitpvp since i was staff on so many servers already
In my opinion i think that reason of me wanting more is straight up stupid.
Plus no point of being staff for someone who doesnt trust you. If I cant earn the trust.Im not needed then

2) HeadAdmin managment
Slow down, im not ranting about the currect headadmins, they are doing a great job okay. CALM DOWN.
But i want to talk about the choosing headadmins in general

a. As most of you know a few months back a member called Raghdan joined GC who became a Minigames Admin, then admin on multiple server
After like 2/3 months of him being staff on like 5/6 server he got HeadAdmin, thats fine.
But later others find out he is an old Admin who framed another admin and got banned
In short he comes back ban evading and gets headAdmin okay.

b. Second example is cl0se5. NOW NOW cl0se5 is a great HeadAdmin in my opinion, but it shows how some people get promoted very fast
c. Third one is eXDawnsaur. Again great guy and a great Headadmin, but again promoted way too fast

Why is this bad about gc let me explain
Currently i know more then 1 person that deserves HeadAdmin.

One of them is lolocraft i know he fucked up in the past with the whole ts report, but he was good for it.
Krocktail comes to mind as well, great admin helps the server as much as possible. Hes been staff for a long time and i think he deserves it

I know its hard for you HeadAdmins to choose another head, but if it wasnt hard for those 3, give others a chance atleast

As some of you saw zwaan111 was promoted to globaladmin he might get Head soon. If the heads trust him then so do it. No problem at all. I like the guy perosnally. And he good.
But you see my point if he can be given a chance give the others too then.

3) Rules
This is one is just to talk about 1 rule, and thats English in chat which i think is really stupid
If other servers dont have that rule then why should we. Let them talk other languages, they aint doing any harm by talking in another language.

4) Devs
As most of you know Anni says it will be fixed tommorow, i heard that 40 times in the past year
I know Devs have thier own lives and shit but take atleast 1 day to do this, im perosnally tired of seing those " Fix anni posts"

Prison has shit that needs fixing- Not fixed
Survival Games needs fixing- Not fixed

Arjen fix anni pls!
Keep in mind im not saying the Devs are bad so calm down i Find all of them Very good @Tibo442 the most.
But take atleast 1/2 days to fix all this, so the players are happy, i dont care that much but others do

5) Staff managment
This i dont really have to much to say, but as most of you know a few months back i player called maddog was promoted to mod by tender
personally when i saw this i wanted to throw up, after a month maddog gets banned for sending Asy a virus. Great Mod.

Then you have Mini_Dwerg who most of you know as an old Skyblock Helper, one day i was in a call with her and a bunch of other staff
and all of a sudden she starts asking Uchi to promote some random idiot who by the way has been sucking up
to every staff member to get mod.
And you call me power hungry. Made me laugh.
-Also dont promote staff right away those that are applying for the first time deny them, see how they are for the next 10 days untill they apply again.
You know test them out a bit.
Also you got MonsterStorm the legendary admin who ruined the faction spawn. Great admin (abuse of powers pretty much)

I can mention a few other staff that never deserved mod nor admin, but ill stop there so i dont get any drama on my back.

6) Get the build team in order
Find some good builders, there are some really good ones out there.
Most of you know there was drama with Kinq and the build team, not gonna get into that, but seems after that
The buildteam went to shit.
I say time to move on from that, get the buildteam in shape.


Thats all i have to say for this, again keep in mind read it first dont come giving me shit.
I dont hate anyone here nor the admins or Headadmins, this is my opinion and i say that i have the right to speak about this.

Agreed, especially with the crappy english rule. What the hell is wrong with players speaking in their own language?

I once muted a guy for OEIPC and he called me racist. It seems really true. Is GC trying to force everyone to speak in English? They have a right to speak in another language, we can ignore them. As Team said it barely does any damage to the server and with the goal of "keeping the chat clean" by making this role, personally to me, is stupid and pathetic.

I honestly don't want to mute another person to block their freedom.

 

It's full of ****,toxic players and ofcourse the worst generation of kids

So, if someone deserves the rank , he's a trustable person, great potential Mod etc, you'd deny him because it's his first appeal? LOL

If the person is proud of himself he'll just walk away and never be seen again, rightfully, since he's not aknowledged.
Then xph called you power hungry, why am I the only one that finds it reasonable? You were a Staff member in so many servers you don't like, don't tell me you enjoy playing all of the GC servers I'll laugh, you can't avoid being called power hungry, even if you're not , idk.
And I always hear about *randy mods* by people with 1k forum posts and stuff.
So, if you sit all day on the GC forums website and post stuff you're g2g for staff? One just might not be on the forums 24/7 but still play the server a lot.

I don't understand why you're doing this, you're making threads about everything going negative when in reality you're the one being negative, not everything around you.

-First of all you should be the mature and proffecional here so dont reply to my post with "LOL" twice.
-Second me being staff on those servers isnt your bussines, i like being staff and i enjoyed it.

Im not like MonsterStorm to abuse fly in pvpzone and world edit the spawn with tnt.

If you think i cant criticise or suggest something, you should not be here, or anyone at this point

Anni needed a fix for a long time, im just suggesting the Devs take 1/2 days off to do this thats all.

-Fourth i wouldnt deny someone from thier first time, the people i met in the past have bad history and i know them well not to accept them.
Do you have any idea how bad of an idea it was to accept maddog one of the most toxic people on this server, and who gave AsyFrost a virus. Please andrew tell me would you accept him when Tender said id accept him he seems trustable now, so ill go ahead and give him Mod. I think you would say yes Tender accept him, or accept someone who begs the HeadAdmin to give someone mod. I wouldnt.

-Fifth i said Deny them the first time to give them a little time to think why they got denied, make them behave a bit, learn the rules even more. Then next time they will be ready.

-Sixth if someone is trustable yes, promoting them to HeadAdmin or GlobalAdmin is a good idea.
People seem to give zwaan shit for being promoted now, even doe he does deserve it. I never said any of the ones i mentioned dont deserve HeadAdmin, in fact i was happy having Dawn as my prison headadmin or cl0se5 as my skygrid headdmin at some point.

The entire point of this post (which i didnt think you understand) is the push the team a bit to get things straight

Also don't bother with these posts, they'll just sign it off as hate again (Like that randy Andrew guy did, even tho he shouldn't be really entitled to an opinion since hes only been staff for less than a month and practically spam posted on forums to get the requirements to apply and he got accepted even tho he was somehow more toxic than me in discord, but anyways that's off-topic) and tell you come back with constructive criticism, like they do with every single post, ever.
Or it will just get locked by an admin who's opinion does not really affect the server in any way (Like any of their opinions matter) and the post will be ignored by a head-admin since people stopped giving attention to it.

I never knew zwann got global like wtf, I remember the dude being a mod on prison or anni asking questions on sc.
If he did get global, welp that was unexpected asf since there are many other staff members who deserve it more, just my opinion.

I don't know if you did good or bad for guildcraft, but this will give the GC staff members example what have to change and what not, at all that's your opinion and no one can change it and I am agreed with.

As you saw, which I'm sure you did, you're not dumb, I didn't touch on all of your Points.
I can understand that it's your point of view and I'm not going to judge you for it, that's why i left 0 Adjectives in there.
Except for negative. You had something to say about everyone and all of that after you're not staff any more.

Many people have said this and i'll just repeat. The community hasn't changed. It's your point of view that has changed. You'll never be , lets say 16 again, you'll never wake up as TeamTLV23 in the 19th of June 2016 As an Admin again. I'm not trying to hate but you're seeing things from a completely different point of view, you and everyone else who have lost interest in the game and rant on how the community has changed and how things were better back then.
