Its not really that "unique" tbh. I would rather say it's a typical Anni Kit Suggestion that pushes Anni farther from the "team-based" gameplay it should be and makes Anni more like a "y selfish pvping area" for people who doesnt know anything about teamwork. It really is a "typical" kit suggestion as I have seen so many of them with hit chances inflicting certain effects.
But yeah +0.25.
After I finished typing this I realized this was from 2016. But meh, why not?
