»Goodbye [Truth about Minecraft & Guildcraft]

Hello there again, this will most likely be my last post on the forums.

In this post I'll explain my story (This is the boring side of the post), truth about guildcraft and minecraft in general.

Let's start, around 2 years ago a friend decided to invite me to play guildcraft with him and own a faction (@ProPvper9), at the start we weren't known, we were just a small faction having fun.
At the time, I was pretty toxic, I got muted at least once per week, and I felt really annoyed because of that.
Some of the staff didn't always respond to me when I got muted and cried about it and honestly, why would they? but then I met a guy that changed my view of staff members on guildcraft (@Jince222), even tho I was annoying at the time, he still responded to me anything I requested help, and so I started looking up to him and becoming a better player in general.

Now this is when it all started, one day, I've decided to apply on kitpvp, I honestly never thought I would be accepted, even tho I wasn't really childish at the time, I still thought I wouldn't get a chance.
But, 1 week later, @AsyFrost decided to give me a chance, and I was thankful for that, he was a good H-A and helped me in most cases (later on I guess he started hating me so he didn't respond to me much but oh well + I was pretty annoying sometimes).

After being staff on kitpvp for a few weeks I've gotten to know the guidelines perfectly and I've decided to start helping other new staff members, and 1 H-A noticed that and later on accepted my apply on PotionPvP (PracticePvP today), his name was @Super_Nate, and god I honestly loved being staff on his server.
He was always ready to help me, and he was in my opinion in the top 3 H-A/Staff in general that I ever met on any server.

Later on, after I got denied 3x times on factions, @Tenderman accepted me into the staff team and gave me a chance there, sadly I've started being inactive on KitPvP so I told Asy to demoted me since I can't keep up.

At this point I just tried to become the best I can be, and Tenderman noticed that, I've literally responded to every question on factions (If you don't know how hard that is, I'll say this, everytime I joined I didn't have time to play because I watched over the chat and responded to new players that were requested help, even tho I wasn't asked to do that), and Tenderman (a few days later) promoted me to Helper, and I was so grateful that I started being even more helpful and active, and one day he asked me to apply for admin, and that he would love to have me on his admin team if I wanted to become one.

At this point, everything went to hell, and I'll explain way.

1. @Super_Nate Resigned, that made me really sad, but when I heard @Melon333 would take his place, I felt slightly better because I knew Melon was a great admin (the best at the time with jince imo) and I thought everything would be ok.

2. @Tenderman got banned, and honestly, this destroyed me, the H-A that trusted me the most, that knew my hard work and what I've tried to do, was gone in a second, it's like all my hard work dropped, nothing I did mattered anymore, and then since Melon333 got factions aswell, I was still really really sad, but that kinda made me feel better.

Now, at this time, I thought I was ok, but then, a few days later, I understood I was F***ed.

Factions gained a ton of staff members, really toxic people got staff (The people that harassed me and @The_Urban_Viking because we muted them when they broke the rules), and everything changed, everyone was getting promoted, my hard work was ignored, and everything just disappeared.

Melon is a great H-A don't get me wrong, but he sadly didn't understand me and I didn't get along with the other staff members well, so ye, after I was promoted to T-Admin and when I saw who got Admin/T-Admin aswell, I felt so sick that I instantly resigned from every staff position.

But before that happened I've started noticing something bad on the guildcraft staff system/teams.
But I'll get to that in a second, in the part where I try to explain the truth behind guildcraft and minecraft in general.

Anyways, after I resigned, I've tried to help as many people as I could, since I wasn't a staff member, I've posted forum reports on players who broke the chat rules.
But, at one point, the staff team got so corrupt that they ignored the people who broke the rules because they were their friends, and that's the lowest thing you could do as a staff member.
I found someone who I believed in as a good H-A after that (@PapaBoom128) but he resigned aswell, so ye, that's when I've decided to quit guildcraft completely (It's been 1 month since I've last played).

Now, Let's get to the important stuff and say the truth.

Guildcraft has a huge problem with staff members that do not follow the rules themselves, instead of being a role model to someone, they break the rules themselves and they set a bad example to others.

I've reported several staff members that broke the chat rules, but no one got punished, I mean the only thing they've gotten is a "warning".

I've even reported @xph11 for his abusive behavior and I've had a ton of proof to back that up, but sadly, aXed and the others do not care.
xph11 didn't even respond to that report with any arguments that would back him up because.... well, he didn't have any.
And that report just got locked by aXed saying "We will update our rules".

That's when I lost all faith in guildcraft, every report got locked/deleted, and it's a shame that guildcraft can't take criticism, but I still believe guildcraft is the best server to play on, but not so sure if you would want to apply for staff.

They just want robots that will follow the guidelines and punish players, they don't want people who will suggest something helpful, they just want robots that do not use their brain to be staff on guildcraft.

And here's the truth about the accepting system, if you're friends with the H-A you'll get a much much bigger chance then if you're someone who's hardworking but doesn't talk to the H-A much.

H-A see moderators as some type of kids, they don't even take them seriously (most H-A) and if you wish to suggest an idea to them they'll probably ignore you or say they're busy.

Good suggestions on the forums are getting ignored while dumb suggestions that are placed by Admins that are aiming for H-A are getting the most attention, here's how I've responded to one of those posts:

And finally the truth about Minecraft (Minecraft today)

First off, this game has gotten some real problems, there's a ton of people who play minecraft just to make others feel bad, I'm talking about the people who harass others in game and who flame them because they're bad at pvp.

And yes, the worst part of the community are the so called "PvPers"
They're the most toxic people, they harass others, but somehow they think they're gangsters,
because they put some gangster music in their minecraft videos they think they're tough IRL.
And that is sad.

Recently a player that I know got harassed on guildcraft a ton about his looks, his name is @OMGITSLOGIC and he got harassed by one of the most retarded players on gc @MysticVolt (Who has a picture of a gangster on the forums because you know, he's a badass who plays minecraft 24/7) and by one of the Admins! @Danielcole321.

I mean honestly, if you'll go so low to call him out based on his looks, do a face reveal then? of wait I forgot, you're afraid to, because I guess you're all "buff" IRL because you can PvP in a block game, so keep acting tough on the internet because we all know you couldn't act like that IRL.

Minecraft is becoming a game where people only pvp, and the sad part about it is that now a lot of people even use hacks, I'm not really sure why people would be so toxic but I guess it's because they get bullied everyday IRL so they feel better by bullying others in a game.

And that's why I suggest you to stop playing minecraft, go to the gym, go play some sports, or even play some other games, or if you really enjoy minecraft that much, play singleplayer or servers like survival.

In Conclusion: Being someone who's hard working doesn't matter here, and it probably wont matter in some situations IRL, but you have to keep pushing yourself to become a better person, and never give up on what you believe in, unlike me, who gave up on guildcraft.
Try to achieve justice, even tho it won't always be the easiest thing to do, try your hardest to do that, because there's not a better feeling then knowing that justice has been served.

And the most important thing is, never give up on yourself,
always believe in yourself, never let anyone get you down, because you know somewhere deep down that there's nothing that can stop you from achieving your dreams and goals.

- make a sad story making the other staff look bad
- blame a head admin for the quit
bitch plass @AsyFrost is the mada fakin hitler of this server, him and @aXed do whatever they want, its their shit you just here to pay em money or gtfo

 

I feel sorry for you, but I'm not going to insult you.
I've never blamed anyone for Quitting, I only blamed myself.
In the future read the whole post before trying to insult someone, the long essay is for people who like reading, not for people who can't even read/understand 1 sentence.

And, if I can recall correctly, I've said good stuff about most staff members on here, and I agree that there's a ton of good staff members that play today, this is my story on the server, if you want to feel better, hate on something that can't respond, because honestly, it's easy to win an argument vs people like you.

I didnt make a different post about this...but this is the same reason i have stopped playing GC , or rather , minecraft entirely.

When I came as a new person , 2 years back , GC was like a home to me , It was my comfort zone..Now over the past couple of months GC has just went down...and good guys like Papa have resigned...
I know some of you dont care / dont know about me and will choose to ignore this post..

PS : I didnt wanna make a different 'Leaving' Post , cause i think that creates too much drama (No Offence @Vojkea )

btw this whole thing is a stupid rant and you should rather name this thread to a "Reading Exercise" because this is just equivalent to bunch of text doesn't really make any point.
EDIT: for those people who are lazy to read this is a short version for all this :
boohoo staff is abusive boohoo i quit.

 

I didn't quit the server when I resigned, I quit the staff team, and I didn't have a problem with that.
Me reporting xph doesn't have to do anything with why I quit Gc, I agree that it's one of the reasons why I resigned, but let's not forget I played guildcraft even after I resigned.

And yes, it's not PapaBooms fault I quit, but at that point I didn't have anyone I could trust there and I didn't feel like home on guildcraft anymore, I only blame myself for quitting, and as I said before, if you're going to hate, research/read the whole thing, and try to understand it.

PS. When I said that I didn't cooperate/communicate with Melon well, that doesn't mean it's his fault, it's mainly my fault because I didn't get used to the way things worked when he got accepted.

Well, that's the only thing that can say, if anyone observed this post objectively they would understand what I'm saying.

Hmm, I might not have proof to back up my argument about you insulting him since I can't contact OMGITSLOGIC, but supporting players who mock him/refusing to punish them is almost the same thing.
Imagine if you had to go thorough everyday harassment on the place you liked the most.

And let's not forget your view on staff members when you were a member and The_Urban_Viking was mod and Tenderman was H-A, so don't talk to me about being biased (At least I didn't make false staff reports/unmute requests :/)
