Diamond Ore only appears between layers 1-16, but it is most abundant on layer 12. To check what layer you're on, check the Y value on your map (F3 on PC) (FN + F3 on Mac). It can be found in veins as large as 8 blocks of Ore. Lava frequently appears between layers 4-10. (30 blocks away) (sometimes 4 - 8 its rare to see it at 1-2).

while some emeralds on other servers spawns like diamonds only 35 blocks away but in here they only spawns at taiga.

irons and coals spawns at anywhere that is 10 blocks away from you

gold spawns 20 blocks away from you in a radius

press f3 then if your coords is like 1540 10 -930 then the diamonds are near at 1560 10 -950

(though you did state "all server" so yeah I was hyped for Creative)

 

All the admins have sended replies to prevent players from getting rich.

 

All servers are like that. Go create one and go gamemode 3 they all spawn somewhere at 10-50 blocks away from you.
