Not enough proof, FOV is set way to high also so thats another reason he looks like he's hacking

if you guys don't know any sort of hacks don't even bother replying, It's nothing like any hack, you can see the ping delay + FOV not default changes the way everyone looks therefore anyone can be reported for reach/killaura if they get combo's on you,
