    Because of the way the video is recorded, You cannot see if he is using anything therefore this is not enough proof, Next time try and use your mouse and get closer to him so we;re able to see

    He won't receive a punishment but if he is hacking and not autobanned there is a chance he will get autobanned during the banwave soon,
