how bow we make a fucking trial global mod and trial global admin so mods that have been doing excellent work on servers could expand to trial global mod or to admin on their server ? and global trial mods could rank up to global mods and then to global trial admins and then to global admins? it sounds like a good idea to me tho lol... it's a great way to expend good mods from other servers and admins! and once they are staff they belong to the official team of gc staff so they could be thrust worthy even tho this plan is not fully worked out it could work! the idea just popped in my head thought i'd share it with you guys --- Double Post Merged, Apr 7, 2017, Original Post Date: Apr 7, 2017 --- btw i have more than 100 messages now!
If we had global mods what's the point of head-admins selecting server-specific staff members? Also, this idea has been suggested many times in the past.
cause those specific staff members only interrupt with 1 server at a time whilst if there are no admins online on kit pvp you can call a global admin from faction or trial global admin (a stationary global admin on 1 server if there is no admin online at kit pvp at the moment the online stationary global admin from faction can go to kit pvp to ban or mute).
