    The first and third are actually allowed. 15 caps max OR 3 words max of caps is allowed. In the first picture, there are literally 15 caps exactly and 3 words exactly, which is acceptable. The third is acceptable because it contains less than 3 words and less than 15. The second player has been punished. Thanks for the reports! :)
