To make the game more interesting, we should implement a new game-mode called championships (or a something similar.) In this mode, only the top players will fight for titles, much like fighting sports (boxing, ufc, etc.) Players won't be judged on elo, the only way to determine who is the best will be to fight other players at the time, for example: the top 10/50/100 players for elo (or players who are at a certain tier) will be able to join the championships; if a player beats another player on the leaderboard, they will automatically switch places (if 4th for elo beats 2nd for elo, they will swap postitions on the leaderboard, this will not affect the current elo leaderboard); every championship fight that takes place will be a best of 5 for 3 kits (archer, builduhc, and nodebuff.) Keep in mind this will be a completely different leaderboard to the current elo based one and will not have any effect on it; the only way that these two leaderboards will be linked is by only letting the top elo players join the championships. This idea may need some work to operate correctly, but it would bring a whole new competitive aspect to practice pvp since players will need to work on more than just builduhc or nodebuff.
I suppose we could give players on the leaderboards a set amount of time to fight players while they're on the leaderboard before they will get kicked off so players will have to fight eachother, or maybe just have it as a seperate leaderboard that gets affected by the ranked queue @ThnxM8
@NooB-AppLe Yes, if you were top 10/50/100 on the elo leaderboards you should be able to compete; or instead of having to be in the top 100, we could make it so the players will have to be a certain tier (e.g. Diamond, Elite, etc.)
