»Banned For Mute Evading

So this happened just now and guess what me (daniyalsaeed) and my friend (gamingwithsaeed) are both banned for mute evading.
Some confusions i have to clear is that i dont have access to gamingwithsaeeds acc what so ever though he is a good friend of mine and im with him in ts most of the time.
Staff which banned us was NinetyNine.
Any Proof?; Yes if requested i can give any staff the ip of my ts and both of us gamingwithsaeed and me daniyalsaeed can talk and clear all confusions.
Another proof is that when we got banned we were doing 2v2s and there is no humanly possible way to control 2 mc acc and that everyone in the community knows that its not alting + if u can check our ips both of us are living in different countries.
Any Offense?: NinetyNine didnt even try to get some evidence at all and just ban us though we were in the middle of a 2v2 with crashDepinger and _ItzFaizTDM_.

 

First of all it was never a mute evade and i only asked gamingwithsaeed to ask 99 if he could show me any proof where i flooded the chat as previously by Minhaz this mistake was made that he accidently muted me instead of the one who was hackusating cuz both of our names started with d and resembled a bit. My actual reason is that 99 didnot even look into the situation and just ban us. He's an 'Admin' therefore he should have first asked me or gamingwithsaeed for alting then checked our ips then if he wasnt satisfied i could get him into a ts / discord call with me and gamingwithsaeed.
