Hello! try to tell your friend to use a different internet connection, or try using the command /server kitpvp instead of the compass. If it didn't help, ask someone else. Probably it will work now. ~Zyphelis
Maybe the server was full, if it isnt, it happend to me before with anni. all u need is to go another server and do /server kitpvp from there
