Greetz can someone tell me the most suitable version of java for minecraft which works coz i think after i updated my java i havent been able to play minecraft. I hope someone has an idea abt this pce
In most cases, the latest version of a Java environment is most suitable for your system. Just make sure you install the correct version i.e 32 or 64 bit according to your OS.
ClickBait, You just post a title Hi Guildcraft and the disscusion is about Java. Pretty funny, and yeah,32 bit or 64 bit is fine.
I'm assuming you're having the same type of problem I used to have when I updated my Java. But this is what I did which solved the problem: 1. Open your launcher and press 'Edit Profile'. You should see a window which looks something like this: 2. Go to the very bottom, where you should see 'Java Settings (Advanced), and enable 'Executable', if you haven't already. 3. Locate the latest version of Java installed on your computer. It's often found on the Program Files folder, but this may vary on some computers, so you may need to search it up manually. 4. After you've found the javaw.exe file, copy its directory, and paste it on the text box next to the 'Executable' checkbox (the directory should be arranged the same way as in the picture above, with javaw.exe on the end). 5. After all that's done, you may save these settings and you should be able to play Minecraft normally. Hope this helped, good luck! ~Toto
