Hello saavi29, you did indeed see KaiserWilhelmII perm-muted for "Change Name", but I unmuted him because I was unsure if that was considered an "Inappropriate Name". As for him saying "Germany is alone... XYZ", he has already been punished for this by me. At any rate, thanks for the report.
