Greetings, Guildcraft players. I’ve been researching new players and by that I mean dying to them in combat. Not to mention I had three original characters planned, yet my excited mind make a few players be these characters. If you’re unsure about what I’m talking about; I’ll just explain to you. Anyways, enjoy reading. Olof is AquaKnight Verang is VineKnight ThnxM8 is VoidKnight The temple was near and the time is ripe for the picking. The Council of Nine, an enormous temple of where the God-Slayers prepare themselves to maintain order throughout the world and keep balance in between. That was until thousands of years ago where the council was divided. King Valos, the leader of the knights, disappeared shortly after the council had disbanded. Surprisingly, the world continued to live on somehow, but for how long? Italo: Are we there yet?! PyroKnight: Boy, tell your friend to stop his whining. Kocoski: Italo, we’ll be there soon. Just another... six hundred steps. Italo: URGH!! PyroKnight: Boy? How can you count all these steps so fast? Kocoski: Special talent, I guess? Italo: Do you have a special talent that’ll get us up these stairs faster? PyroKnight: Does he have a special talent, that will stop your whining? Now be silent, we are almost there. Later we reach the heavens, where we find a grand temple, built with stone and iron. The temple was big enough to block ourview of the sky. I spot a shiny orange light, absorbing my attention to it. I follow the light, I see where it takes me, it whispers in my ear ‘Confront your past’ continuously. I found an old, wooden chest. As I get closer and closer to the little box, I hear whispers turn into violent screams. I wrap my hand around the silver lock and crumble to the floor. Villager: HELP US! Child: MOTHER! Villager: PLEASE!! SAVE US!! A married couple accompanied by a small child was surrounded in a gate of ember. The fire was not to be worried about as Dark Thought emerges from the shadows, revealing his grotesque form. With a hiss and a shrieking cackle, he slithers towards the poor family. He drives his fangs through the father, he tore apart the mother and slaughtered the child mercilessly. The screams of the family was echoing, yet overshadowed by Dark Thought’s nightmarish laughter. All goes blank, when I see a bright light above me. It whispers to me ‘Confront the past’, I raise my head and stare at the old, wooden chest. I open it... another memory. AquaKnight: So... your final test. Do you think the sword will be yours to claim? PyroKnight: Possibly. If ThunderKnight and TerraKnight aren’t outright intolerant. AquaKnight: Hmm... it’s ThunderKnight and TerraKnight we’re talking about, they shall be over the event sooner or later. PyroKnight: You really think I can get Excalibur? AquaKnight: With that bow of yours? Of course. I believe in you. ‘I believe in you’ rings in my ears. What awaits for me in the chest is a bow. I reach for the bow, resting my sharp, hot hands. The bow sparks upon contact, the bow ignites in a beautiful way. My sword, Excalibur, does the same. Connecting with one another, it’s magical. In this moment of triumph, I suddenly remember Kocoski and Italo. I escape the dusty building and call out for the children. I was interrupted by four voices, all were familiar. Kocoski: Let go of us! Italo: We didn’t climb up here for this! VineKnight: PyroKnight? Oh dear, oh dear. You shouldn’t have come back. AquaKnight: You left us to rot! How could you? AquaKnight shot a beam of water and I evade. VineKnight tried to use his vines to hold me in one spot, yet another dodge by me. AquaKnight summons a spear as his weapon, whilst VineKnight summons a lancer as his weapon. I withdraw Excalibur and prepare for battle, but was interrupted by what seems to be a hurricane. The strong currents of wind had almost flung VineKnight off balance, causing Italo to make his escape and free Kocoski. The hurricane was caused by a massive wyvern, atop the wyvern was a knight that had a similar shape to me, yet different colours. Whilst my armour is red and orange, his armour is purple and black, representing the ‘nebula’ colour. VoidKnight: Welcome back... it has been a while, traitor. Kocoski: Traitor? PyroKnight: Who are you? VoidKnight: In your absence, someone needed to lead the council. Who better to lead the council than the second-born of Valos. VoidKnight pulls out a scythe from his back, it glimmers in the bright sun. VoidKnight clenches his scythe and calls for AquaKnight and VineKnight to stand beside him. I call for Italo and Kocoski to stand by my side, I summon my sword Excalibur. VoidKnight’s wyvern flew off, far from the temple. Italo bursts out in laughter, thinking this was going to be a cakewalk, oh how wrong he was. With a snap of his fingers, AquaKnight summons an enormous Leviathan that was so big, it reaches into the heavens. It roars and hisses in a violent matter. Italo goes from hysterical laughter to shaking in fear. VineKnight reaches his vines out to us and I grab on, swinging ontop of the scaly beast. Kocoski and Italo had to fight the Leviathan head on, whilst I had to fight the other three knights. AquaKnight: Protect the Leviathan! Make sure PyroKnight does not reach the head! VineKnight: I didn’t need to be told to kill a traitor! VoidKnight: Ditto! PyroKnight: I will butcher you all! VoidKnight: Don’t fear him! He’s all talk and no action! VoidKnight leaps towards me and duels me with his crooked scythe. He leans in awfully close to me, trying to smuggle a few taunts in. VoidKnight: Not worthy to be my EQUAL! I grab VoidKnight’s head and tossed him onto a cathedral. VineKnight swoops in and tries to give me an uppercut. I counter and snap his lancer in half, throwing him on top of VoidKnight and finally fighting AquaKnight. AquaKnight summons his spear and I summon my sword and the clash begins. He summons balls of water and fires at a rapid pace and I block them with a wall of fire. I charge into AquaKnight and fling him onto the two previously injured knights. AquaKnight could still control the beast and attempts to make it eat me. It has water covering its eyes and I couldn’t touch water, I’d use my bow, however normal arrows won’t penetrate through the Leviathan’s eyelids. Although... I attach my chain to Excalibur and I line my sword up with my bow, treating it like an arrow. AquaKnight: PYROKNIGHT, YOU FOOL! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! VineKnight: What is he doing? I leap into the air and aim my bow straight into the gigantic eye and pull back... and release. The sword went flying into the Leviathan’s eye and as expected, cut right through the thick eyelid. I quickly ripped out the Leviathan’s eye, right out of its head. Blood and water poured right out of the beast, flooding the old temple. With luck, the beast landed right on top of the knights, drowning them and crushing them. AquaKnight is seen falling into the mortal realm, VineKnight is seen in the tooth of the fallen Leviathan and VoidKnight... who lies on the floor unconscious. The boy, Italo and I leave the palace, until... VoidKnight: You... aren’t going anywhere! VoidKnight’s scythe glitters a bright purple and a black aura swirling around it. If the limit on these posts were more than 10,000 words, I’d tell you more. However that does it for today’s comic. So what do you think is happening to VoidKnight? To be continued...
