So I just wondered, if I have 2 pc's at home and 2 people want to play this server from 2 different computers does that still count as 2 accounts and could get banned for that?

It's not allowed to create a second account to play on. It is however allowed to switch from account if you for example want to use another name. This does however mean that you're no longer allowed to use your old account. "

 

Hey @aphmaa ,
no its not counted as double account and you don´t have to be scared of getting banned if you only use 1 account and your friend/brother/sister plays on the other one.
