I would start by not making 5 second videos, but a bit longer. Second try to make videos on things you're interested in, and try to avoid uploading those 5 sec hacker reports, or upload them unlisted so that your subs don't have to see unusual stuff.

Firstly, get HD, and that bandicam on top looks horrible, secondly, don't have a 19 second long intro, if you want an intro, make it short and sweet, and use a nice, fun font. Thirdly, use a better texture pack, i suggest using OCD or faithful. Fourthly, make it so that everyone in minecraft likes to watch it, don't only post pvp videos, post redstone stuf and shit. Fifthly, Don't only play minecraft. Sixthly, make long videos and upload more frequently, and your thumbnail should attract the audience.

Hello there! I have a few tips for you. Mind you that YouTube is a very competitive place, so no matter what I tell you, it's only going to help a little. The best way to get noticed is by being motivated, determined, and unique.

    - When making your intros, don't put a server title in it because I guarentee overtime you'll switch servers quite a bit. Also when making your intro, just put your name (IGN or YouTube namer, doesn't matter). Try to keep the intro under 8 seconds as well.
    - When making videos, structure them properly. Do a seperate intro, a seperate outro.
    - It's believed to have 30 seconds to grasp your viewers or else they will leave, so make sure you are very energetic, uplifting, and ensure the viewers they are about to witness an amazing video!
    - Be unique. This is what determines a good YouTuber from a bad YouTuber. You have to find something that makes you stand out from the thousands of other Minecraft content creators. This I can't help with as everyone is different this way.
    - Interact with your subscribers. Subscirbers are people too! They want to know they are apart of your community, so make sure to always reply back to comments in a positive way, ask regular questions in your videos and tell them to comment below so that they are apart of your channel.
    - Last but not least, MAKE SURE your videos are 1080p, your microphone quality is better then just OK, and that you edit the videos to the best of your ability (use effects, fade in, fade out, etc)

Hope this helps and best of luck to your YouTube channel!

I have some great suggestions for you but before i get to that i will have to ask you to remove your Youtube link because according to GC website's rules, it's not allowed to be posting any kinds of Twitch/Youtube links in your posts...

    • Your videos should be unique... The main reason people watch a certain youtuber is because of his/her specialty. Just find out what's special about you and give that quality in your videos! Don't make videos similar to others because if people search for a certain video that would have the same title as yours then your video will most likely not be shown to the user because there will be other videos which will have more audience and Youtube always gives priority to the video that people really want to watch so the other videos in the competition would keep growing leaving yours behind.
    • Try to adjust the length a little bit... Don't post videos that don't cover at least 3-10 minutes. You didn't seem to cover this point because you posted your intro, hack reports, etc. and that can be a huge obstacle in your way. Try to give your videos effort. Make long gameplays, tutorials, montages and this is one of the biggest things you need to look out for while running a Youtube channel.
    • Make use of your microphone soon... I know that when Youtubers start their channel they can't do voice-overs at all but when you reach about 500 subscribers then try to talk in your videos and entertain the people. And maybe after that use your camera, as you might know that all big youtubers show themselves and talk in their videos which attracts many people to come and watch their videos. But also there are many youtubers that are becoming big on youtube who just play games and put in a soundtrack playing in the back. It's your choice to choose whether to talk in your videos or not but for new youtubers, voice-overs can help alot.

I'd give you much more tips but I'm too lazy x_x
    PeAcE OuT :)
