Well actually high and low fov seems to increase my aim quite well but yes i agree with the renders video is kinda laggy. Overall nice clips

No.

 

It's not your settings, it's your computer : video card that's not doing a good job. Unless the raw file looks exactly like then one u put in the vid in that case it's ok. Your computer is going to dry out if you leave it on for 3 days consistantly

Rendering in 60fps is useless if the raw clip it self isn't recorded in 60fps.
Make sure you get above 60 frames while playing if yo life record in 60 fps
