»Password Forgoten

Hey Staff members of the server i was an old player(NightPvpz) i recently bouth a premium account and i forgot the pass word to it the IGN is : HyperMeDown
i want to change it

As we are a cracked server, players can choose any IGN they wish to play and register on our server.

As you have changed your IGN, your stats/ranks do not transfer.

Changing IGN's meaning you lose everything. Premium servers use UUID's when joining so if you purchase a rank and change your IGN, your UUID is unique and highlights YOU are YOU, even with a different IGN. We only use the /password feature to identify who is who due to us catering for Cracked players. The password is what helps you identify that you are the person playing on that account, because anyone with a cracked launcher can login and try to join GuildCraft with your current IGN.

This is what has happened with your Premium Username, someone has activated and has used the account to play on the server.
There is nothing we can do about this sadly, you will have to either change your IGN again to another name to play on your premium, use your cracked username as your new premium or use a cracked launcher and play on your old IGN.

If you forgot your password to the server the best thing to do is to make a support ticket. We will try to provide help there as soon as possible. However it might take some time so please be patient. Someone will reset your password and will let you know the new password. Have a nice day!
