    Is there a designated time after the reset that tnt is disabled?

    not really needed, tnt is always disabled the first week to allow people to build their bases. next friday i expect it will be enabled.

    You never know, it may be updated to 2 days or 2 weeks or not disabled at all, it can always be changed

    According to the monthly newsletter, f top rewards will take effect the following week after the reset on Sunday the 7th. I think 1 week is sufficient time to build a decent base and I expect TNT to be enabled a week later as has always been done in the past. Like Ury chan said factions are given at least a week to setup their base before you can start using TNT to raid bases, and with f top rewards being weekly, raiding could help to balance out the f top
