I'm new in the server, but it says me to introduce the password… i would like to recover my premium account. The evidence that it is my true account:

what do you mean by "introduce" the password. do you mean introduce as in "create a new password" or "put in your password. if you have to make a new password, just follow the stated command (i believe it's /password create "yourpassword" "yourpassword")

 

Someone is using my account in the server, so i would like to you restart my account..

From the information you've stated, it comes across that someone is using your premium MC name on GuildCraft. A Head-Admin+ must check the activity on that account before you can re-register that name for your account.

Another possibility is that you have forgotten your in-game password. If this is the case, follow these instructions:
