1. You expect us to send our ideas all through the head-admins
NO, we ask you to post on the forum (1) post with the issue we need to address.

2. we understand you don't have much time,
Then WHY are you wanting aXed to respond to each idea PERSONALLY?

3. We want direct answers from you about what you think about our suggestions, and not to do everything behind-the-scenes.
You want to waste precious time so you can have a PERSONAL comment on your own ideas.
If the ideas someone brings to GC are good/workable then it is taken to the next level of discussion with all staff who would be involved. This is not a public discussion.

4. It's quite a time-consuming task, but dozens of people, including me, have lost motivation to continue trying to improve Guildcraft due to the lack of public contact & participation from you.
What other servers speak directly to EACH person with an idea?
Who has time for that?

ALL IN ALL this post was more about wanting to have more personal communication with the owner of the server which is really the opposite of what is BEST for the server.

TBI is so right, I went from Demigod to Titan
Which was 2 ranks up.
I bought keys and when I found KIT KEYS, oh my, you know I had to buy that also.

Survival is doing great!
Although I can't wait to go 1.13 it will come I know and be worth the wait.

TBI has come up with excellent ideas in the past 4 years I have been on and he sees what is going on from a players perspective so THANK YOU goes to TBI also for keeping GC together and strong.

most of our members left cause of insiding..
I got 2 thingys that i really think will help:
1- Insiding bannable.
2- Unban all.

 

That has actually crossed my mind aswell but the outcome of unbanning everyone seems kind of risky.

 

A working server should handle any risk..
If unban all happens, they need to get 200% the number of current staff.

 

People can get an unban if they pay for it.
By allowing players to return who have proven to be rule breakers only causes the server more harm.

If they plan on playing without breaking rules then they should pay the unban.
Serious players will pay to come back troublemakers wont and we don't need troublemakers.

 

some players dont have money/CARD To buy unban and so do I.

 

We have many players who will do in game trades with you in exchange for them buying you an unban.

 

while banned? how will i make money? the ban should be like a year.. but not perm..
for ex. saicopvp does an unban all every year.

 

You're quite funny. Really. You really made me laugh.
I don't know if you decided to leave GC and come back 3 years later, but wake up. There's been players dealing with this for over an year. Either you don't look into the suggestions forum or you don't join discord servers, because there's no change at all. Of course some minor suggestions are taken into place, and bug fixes are done as they're the main priority.

But game-changing suggestions or mediocre suggestions? They're either neglected or denied, and the community has no idea whatsoever what happened to them - whether aXed read them or denied them or is considering them. We're left with no answers and no hope.

Apparently aXed can't spare a few hours a week respond to suggestions of some extent, or at least giving him his thoughts. This made me laugh - "a personal comment." Yes, duh, in Guildcraft's norm and status quo, aXed is the one in charge of the choices of the server - he's the only one with access to FTP. Then duh, that computes to him having to answer ideas on changes to the server - what, you expect people to just submit suggestions and not receive an answer? Especially if you're suggesting a new plugin idea or a plugin, which is entirely owner-based? Head-Admins can't answer that, yet that's what a change GC needs. Bullshit to say at the least.

All of your "rebuttals" are based on "aXed doesn't have time to respond to each and every suggestion. He shouldn't waste time on that." Just shows how one-sided you are in terms of how little you value member's suggestions and how much you don't realize change has to be made. Repeating, he doesn't have to respond to each suggestion - he needs to respond to the major ones to some extent. Not the best, but it needs to be better.

You also say that as if Head-Admins do the work for them. Absolutely not. Look into the discords and suggestions in the forum, do they receive answers from high staff? Barely. Of course Pika, Andrew, short1der and some other head-admins are trying their best to make the server better, but community suggestions are still a mile away.

Quite ignorant of you to suddenly walk in and defend aXed's butt when practically none of the suggestions on the skyblock Discord or forums has taken effect. I personally talked to aXed to try to get him to join the Discord server to see the suggestions and polls that I spent weeks setting up (hours from getting answers from polls and another few days creating GUI designs) -- yet he says "hell no too many discords man" and he tried to move on. What does that exactly leave the community with? The owner is refusing to look through the suggestions personally.

Fine, he has too many Discord servers. Let's say he had 100 discord servers. That doesn't mean he shouldn't be interacting at all with the suggestions that we're posting.

I don't know what you read but I'm definitely not asking aXed to look into every suggestion personally lol. I'm saying so that it's done to some extent. If some suggestions are dumb, then usually other members tell him it's a stupid idea - and leave the suggestion deserted. That's fine. The main problem is that suggestions that a consider majority agree on are ALSO neglected. Even if we are still using the "send document to head-admin for aXed to look at" method, he doesn't respond to the community. The suggestions get sent, and we have no idea what happened to them or even what he thinks of it. That's what an owner should do -- if you members think your server needs critical improvement, then you need to answer questions and suggestions from them to some extent, not at all. That's what I'm trying to say, not telling him to spend hours on checking off answering suggestions.

Guess what? The documents-to-headadmin is utterly useless.
Throughout the past two years I've actually started to submit suggestions, barely any Head-Admins have listened to me or even bothered to read through the documents I sent through, much less even send them to the community. The only Head-Admin that even responded was Melon333. NONE of my other suggestion documents got sent to aXed. I'm not even kidding. The Head-Admins didn't respond or had DM's off. So if I had sent a document, I had a 10% success rate that the H-A would send it, and aXed would read it. Of course he won't reply about what he felt.

Repeating, he doesn't have to respond to each suggestion - he needs to respond to the major ones to some extent. And not even joining a Discord server, where there's literally polls that contain the member's thoughts in one line of text - doesn't help whatsoever.

And the thing is, I, and so many other people, have been dealing with this for too long. What makes me angry is that you haven't endured this, you've barely been part of this, yet you criticize people for getting angry for their suggestions not taking effect. I'm sick and tired of having all the suggestions, not only mine, but the suggestions forum completely being answer-less. I've fucking wasted hours of my life trying to relive the server, writing documents that would never be read, suggestions that would never be seen.. Despite all this I took it all in and became staff again in hopes that it'll make things more easier for suggestions to be input to aXed.

You don't understand. You don't fucking understand what pain the community is going through. You're just another player who's enjoying survival and how well PikaCrafterFan has done, while the skyblock, skygrid, and so many other gamemode communities are repeatedly neglected, ignored, and rotting. Considering you own a company, you're a fully grown adult, and you talk to your clients everyday I'd expected a little more integrity and understanding from you, yet you view this as "little snit trying to attack axed by saying that he should respond to every suggestion."

So in conclusion, if you really are making baseless accusations of me just trying to throw another knife at aXed or making impossible suggestions, just don't talk smack at me. Especially if you're not aware of what's going on. I apologize for not yelling out in the first post that "aXed NEVER LISTENS TO MY SUGGESTIONS OMG" but I wanted to keep it as constructive as possible. Which you had a problem with.

I have bought unbans for players who could not get on.
Find a friend who plays and ask them to help you make a deal with a player to buy you or them and unban.

Thats the stupid thing ive ever heard..
Keep in mind that unban cost is around 10-20 euros, its mean alot of in game stuff and also hard to find euro seller

And @aXed @short1der my suggestion is same like 4hmed said, insiding bannable, because a lot of players quitted due to insided
