I've seen what rift can do and its beyond overpowered.. Eating a gapple and rifting to a friend so everyone has the same effects? That's an ez win cough rew... Here's my suggestion, make everyone (except the person that have the original effects) have half the effects of what the user has. Its either that or add Weakness II and Slowness I for an extra amount of time or whatever you guys can suggest in replies. EDIT: Even if it was an intended feature, its too overpowered..
this happened to ke twice last night, rew and 4 others irons rift rushed. even the the god of thunder cant stop that.

I see, i will look into it later. Nerfs would be: - A nerf on the first upgrade (6>5 or 6>4) OR - Making it so shared effects have 50% less duration.
I'd say having the shared effects halved... Example: Rifter eats Gapple and takes like 3 people along He gets regeneration 5 While others take Regeneration 2
Cough Cough XD What happens if the rifter has Str I? Does everyone get Str I or nothing at all? That would make Rift Invis rushing useless, right... Which would make ppl use Rift more and more for farming. Btw if you think about it the other way, if a Cat scratched Rew just as he was about to rift... Well...
Indeed. There exists no Strenght 0.5, so taking no strenght is most fair, for balance and for other players to not get wrecked.... Yea.
Which means players(rew) would just spend 3 more gold to buy Gunpowder and use Splash Potions. In this case players(rew) would be able to bring PvP kits to battle for more XP, but the other newbie civs who managed to get along with their p1 iron would lose their opportunity to grab XP by the hundred.
