Hey guys well i was wondering that in past any of u who had applied for Staff and got rejected just saying that u didnt meet the requirement and not specifying where u had not met that ''requirement'' is kinda a bit ambiguous .
So i would like to Tell the H-A that could u from now specify what ''requirements'' the user had not met so that in future he/she could rectify themselves .

If you're pretty sure you meet the all the requirements mentioned in the application form but still get rejected there could be many other various reasons outside the requirements that the Head Admin chose to deny your application for.

For example they may simply think you're not fit for the job , they may not like you in general , they dont like your attitude etc.

He/She has no obligation to tell you these reasons , of course you could go ahead and ask them that but that'll just decrease your chances of becoming staff.

No one gets staff in one / two applications , the key is to be persistent in making applications but not persistent enough to appear desperate as no one likes people who are desperate and they will just outright get rejected.

Other HA's may have different opinions on this but this is my opinion.

Tbh if ur told what u miss it will her him/her to correct themselves it doesn't seems wrong to me but whatever

 

Sure go ahead ask them , sometimes HA's are nice and they'll say it otherwise you'll most probably get ignored.

I usually specify what the applicant is missing if they message me; I don’t mind if people ask me why their apps were rejected. As Rockstar said, you may get rejected, even if you meet the requirements. Usually factors for denial (even when people meet the requirements) include: lack of activity, clear lies in their application, toxic attitude, etc. This isn’t the case with all heads, as other heads may have different ways of doing things, but I assume your addressing this to me primarily.

 

Uhm ye it was a direct question to the Faction H-A cause i am only related with Factions in gc . Well i do understand what ur stating . Thank You For Replying in such a short Notice of time .
