»Skin Update Plugin Needs To Be Fixed

My premium skin is not updating when i try to do /skin update command it says "you're not premium or the server cannot connect to mojang right now try again later" and i am premium u can check my ign on namemc "itZzReaLPikachu" i tried to do the command and relog alot of times and i even waited a day and still didn't, i can see my cape but not the skin, the skin keeps updating to the cracked skin i hope someone see's this and actually do something about it, please and thank you.

Did you use to be cracked? If you were cracked, register an account with the same name as the cracked one and try again. If that doesn't work.... Well, idk then.

I remember some people couldn't update it, so maybe you are part of those people.
