Well, guess this is it...

Today the staff decided that I was too toxic to be able to participate in guildcrafts discord and I was removed from there.
I guess at that point I've decided that there is no use to try anymore, so here I am, probably leaving forever.

I guess some admins and mods cannot take constructive criticism and improve their behavior, they just ban you right away as soon as you mention something that can be fixed, so ye, guess I'm too toxic.

Anyways, even tho I'm not banned here, nor I'm banned in-game, I've still decided that it's time for me to leave, simply because I've realized I can't change anything, Ignorance cannot be changed, most staff are even too young to understand my arguments and points, so it's just a waste of time and effort.

I've tried my best, I really did, I've made endless amount of suggestions, productive topics, informative topics, tutorials... but it wasn't enough...
I've even created a group with TRC and collected over 50+ members in 2 days, the group that I thought could change the fate of guildcraft.
I've even created a website and several google docs in which I collected the best suggestions and collected a list of bugs and things that could be changed.
(The group did a shit ton of work as well)

But, I'm sorry guys, I've failed you.
I cannot change guildcraft, and I'm truly sorry for that, I've did my best and I tried I really really REALLY did, but it simply wasn't enough, guess my best wasn't enough to change anything.

I just hope one day, a person will join, a person that will be able to find the solution that I didn't, and do the thing I couldn't do, and that is change how guildcraft works.

For those who mocked me for my #Vojkea4Co Tag, I've already explained several times, I knew it wouldn't happen, I've used the "dream" of becoming co owner as motivation to keep working and doing my best for guildcraft, even tho I knew I would never become Co, but some triggered staff saw me as an enemy because of that, and thought I was doing it all for attention.

I'm not someone who suddenly trash talks gc after getting banned (from discord xd), but ye, I'm truly unhappy with how the current system works, and if this continues, guildcraft will slowly lose players and at one point, it will die...

I've spent a lot of time here, and my biggest regret was the moment I went on the staff reporting rampage after tenderman got banned, I mean the dude was the best H-A and I seriously respected him so much, that I couldn't see him go like that. For that I'm truly sorry.

But, the only chance of guildcraft surviving is confronting the truth, not running from it by banning players and silencing free speech.
You need to accept criticism and change, doing the same mistakes over and over again will only cause you to lose players.

For the people in my project (Mine and TRC and WilyWaldos project), I will be resigning as the project leader and will be giving my spot to @Thekillermatic + @WilyWaldo is already an project leader.
As an project Co-Owner I'll name @TigerStrike (since there's no rank currently I'll leave him at project Co-Ordinator).
Thank you guys for always being there with me and sharing the same goal as I did.
I truly believe, that you guys will be the ones who will make that drastic change and bring guildcraft back to it's old state.

Now, let's jump to something I wanted to say for a long time, this is to the current staff members:

-Banning players because their opinion disagrees with yours isn't the solution to fixing your problem.
In every aspect in life you'll have some problems, it's up to you how you'll deal with them.
Running away from them wont help you, you might ignore one, but another one (a bigger one) will come, and at one point you'll be forced to face it.

I know you're all still young, and that you probably don't understand my point, but one day (hopefully) when you grow up, you will.

All I can say, at the end of this, is that I'm sorry, I've failed you, I'm truly truly sorry @aXed and the guildcraft community, guess I didn't have enough strength to keep fighting.

I'll be active in my discord group (#ProjectSomeday ~Making Guildcraft great again) and I'll demote myself to project Coordinator, I'll still share some of my ideas and I will be active on discord, I might even join guildcraft to see how you guys are doing, but guess I will not be as optimistic as I once was, and for that I'm truly sorry to you all, I'm sorry I've let you down.

Make constructive critics = ban if you didn't know.. learn the rules before saying anything


Jokes aside, you're a good guy, tried to improve the community, you did what you could, gc just isn't capable of understanding things due to the lack of mature staff on it.

 

I will miss u personally Vojkea known u for past 2 yrs and its soo sad to see our gc mods and stff team not paying heed to any of urs or the public suggestion i guess thats how this server works for now .
I am trying to get mod to make this server like the Old OG Gc which i really and truly miss.
Apart from these i will miss u soo much do what ever u heart tell u to do Vojkea and have a good and prosperous life Bon Voyage.

It wouldn't be such a problem of you would not bash the staff members before you tried to give criticism. And it was only a 2 day ban for that.

I was asked to state my opinion and I've defended my opinion with facts.

I've explained everything I've stated and given valid evidence.
I understand that the truth may hurt sometimes, but it's better to accept it and learn from it.

I'm sorry if I offended you anyways, my intentions were always to help gc.

Yes, I've understood I've used some bad language there, but nothing special compared to what others use.

I've stated a fact that there are people who got their rank based on their power and gender, and I have proof for that.
Everything I ever say, I could back up, but I wouldn't like to share my proof publicly, because it might be targeted towards some people.

I can gladly give you an answer to why I said those things, and back them up in pm.

I've never went against the staff team, everything I ever did was "for" the staff team and for guildcraft.
I agree I've said some stuff I shouldn't have said in the discord, but do you see what kind of words people use there?
I've never been in war with anyone, if you check my recent posts (last 100 posts), you'll notice how much I've supported staff and talked positively.

I'm simply saying things that can be changed, if I disagree with the staff team, it doesn't mean I'm causing chaos.
I have the right to share my opinion as much as anyone else does, doesn't matter if the player is staff or not.

As I've said, you see things the way you want to, and I cannot change that, same goes for me, I'm sorry if my opinion has hurt you, but I still do have the right to speak of it.

 

TBH the staff team should sometime at least consider his suggestion u guys never did consider his suggestion if the server doesnt considers someones suggestion like why the hell will other people post any BUT still vojkea kept on posting useful suggestion for the sake of the server to make it a better place a better community.
Its quite obvious that some of the staff members are jealous of the suggestions made by Vojkea and are triggered by the truth well thats all i would want to say .
Guys lets give Vojkea the farewell that he really deserved.

you should have learned that any attempt to fix gc will result in a ban. fixing gc will just cost @aXed more money
