Hello community, It has been a while since I've posted my last post, main reason for that is because I was busy with several things and wasn't able to play for around 2 weeks, school has started, and I've started training again which means I will not be able to post as much as before, but I will do my best. Anyways, since I've gotten back, all stayed the same, people are claiming that guildcraft is dead, and as members, our help to guildcraft is limited, but today I'll try to explain what we can do and what we can change. Guildcraft currently has around 800-900 players max/daily, and many players believe that's a small number, but looking at it objectively, for a minecraft server, that's still a huge amount of players, and guildcraft is still strongly standing, but I believe the server has potential to reach at least 3 k players, if not more (5k+). I'm incredibly glad that CSGO (Mini-Game) came out, I must say, it's truly fun to play and I'm happy that there's an big improvement in the past couple of months, hopefully with the reset of skyblock and the release of a few more minigames, we could achieve 1k players (at least) by 2018. Now, this is where you guys come in, All of us have different ways of thinking and are unique in our own way. I honestly believe adding existing minigames and features could improve the player count, but not drastically, but something else can. 1 Idea, 1 Brilliant unique idea is the solution, we just need that 1 damn change that will attract other players. So, I'm asking you guys, share your ideas about a certain mini-game (Original Mini-Game that you've came up with/Original idea that you've came up with) that you think could change guildcraft for the better. I am 100% sure, that if all of you who read this, post your own unique idea, we will find some really good one that can truly increase guildcrafts playerbase, and make guildcraft a better place. The key is in us all, the key is in teamwork and communication, toxicity has destroyed several gamemodes on guildcraft and caused a lot of players to quit, only by working together we can achieve goals and surpass our past achievements. Through life, I've came to an very important conclusion, if you have a goal or a dream you wish to achieve, the question isn't if "I can" achieve it, the question is "how long it will take me to achieve it". Hard work can do miracles and get incredible results. Let's assist our fellow staff members and try our best to bring back the light there once was on guildcraft, because I still can see that light at the end of the tunnel, but we will never reach it if we simply give up. We (Members) & Guildcraft staff should prove how strong our will is, true strength is to accomplish something when everyone excepts you to fall, and I believe we have that strength in us, let's prove people who doubt guildcraft wrong. Vojkea out.
Just ignore them, they'll get bored of talking about it, eventually. Those randy mods can only prove what they're capable of, if only they're given a chance.
When I create posts I mostly try to talk about global problems, not my subjective opinions and feelings. What I meant by the thing I wrote is that players are encouraging others (people who don't realize what's happening) to quit guildcraft and are telling everyone how it's dead. I have no problem with people who say those things, but they are encouraging people to leave guildcraft, and I do have a problem with that.
It feels like you're trying so hard to make the post over-friendly and be something you're not You don't have to do that not to be toxic, just talk directly about the point, basically your posts can be translated into one sentence: don't be afraid to post your suggestions about original ideas cause it may be the key to growing guildcraft again What's with the light at the end of the tunnel, and the strenght in us, like really it's not a speech for drug abusers Edit: and also about the topic, not to spread negativity or anything but there are SOO many good ideas in the suggestions section that never got implemented, all aXed has to do is go there and read some, alot of people came up with ideas that never got implemented, I think that's to be fixed if guildcraft is gonna be fixed Here's an example of a thread that got the attention it needed from Melon https://www.guildcraft.org/threads/practicepvp-win-50-unranked-for-1-ranked-match.63861/ That's one of few, axed needs to start reading those ( apparently saying "[name] out" is a trend these days so) -uwillloose out
Really sorry, this was on my mind xD --- Double Post Merged, Sep 19, 2017, Original Post Date: Sep 19, 2017 --- Why should the staff let you play on their server if you don't donate, and they get nothing out of you?
My idea... Well hmm... Add a car racing minigame? Yeah that's my best idea... P.S. if you really will add that minigame... ADD A CAPPUCCINO TO IT!
Oh at last, a person with thought. --- Double Post Merged, Sep 19, 2017, Original Post Date: Sep 19, 2017 --- "Gc is dead" they said this quote longs for like 3 years now.
Isn't that forbidden by the server rules? I'm not short-minded like others, since I know how furstrating it can be to get called out as a "randy mod". People apply for staff as volunteers, hoping to make the server a better experience, not to make profit out of it. No one forced you to mention your opinion, it's optional. If they do, they should prove it by applying properly, instead of making pointless claims. In addition, if you think someone deserves mod more than someone else, it's just your opinion.
