Why someone has to take care of the speech.
Rules like flood for example:
Hahahahahahha.
If someone laughs , He will get mute
For example creative
(I get over 5 mutes for discussing the rules).
If someone counting up or down like:Mladenovic:1 2 3 4 5 6 7 ....
Gets Direct mute for spam.
Some rules should be extinguished.
Imagine someone who is cheerful and enjoys playing when suddenly he gets a mute for nothing special.
Then he/she wants to do this like PANDA.

if you break it? it will result to mute

 

"Hahahahahaha" is mutable coz you're flooding characters/letters repeatedly, you can always say "haha"
you get muted if you count like
Furios: 1
Furios: 2
Furios: 3
Furios: 4
Furios: 5
coz its counted as spamming, you can always say
Furios: 321 go!!

That would be dumb if we woukd remove these rules, they were made for a purpose, flooding and countdown are simply annoying, so if you couldn't stop with that, just use the party chat or /msg
