as suggested by @PizaCraft1 I have completed the plugin

Details:
Jammer

Use your cloak to charge through the enemy frontline bravely with your absorptions buff. however the clock covers your eyes so you can't see for some time!

You spawn with leather and chain gear
Spawn wood sword normal gear but with chain helmet.
so when you use your cloak ability you get speed and absorption but then you also get blindness for 3 second as a little con

Leave any suggestions below

So as I not the most educated developer out there I don't know how to make it so that the kit is protected from projectile damage for a limited time apart from this everything was completed therefor there will be a poll
Permenant defence from arrows
Resistance for 15 seconds
4 absorption hearts lasting 15 seconds

It Would Be A Bit Useless.. Since Not Much people use bows... You could place Ghost, In which you can walk through anything for 5 sec

I am going to add particles not sure about noise and working on flame arrow.
I added blindness cos I thought it needed a nerf but I can remove it if u want
