»Goodbye GuildCraft.

Hey everyone, it's me Diyon.

I've had such an amazing journey here at GuildCraft. Unfortunately, it must come to an end today. I write this with the little time and preparation I have on my hands right now because of real life stuff which isn't important. Right now I just want to say thank you to everyone in Guildcraft for every single memory ( good or bad ). I don't have any plans in coming back or being active on the forums as well.

The reason for quitting, is due to 2 simple reasons really.

1) Life - Sooner or later life will require greater attention than a block game. Learnt this the hard way.

2) Politics - No not the real life stuff. But I mean the drama and problems that happen on this server and forums. It's too toxic. People being demoted for the most stupidest reasons. I couldn't emphasize more on the stupidity of some reasons. Also the promotion of some of the most stupidest people. Not going to point any fingers. Also, there's no leniency from the higher ups. I wanted to move data of just 1 server from my previous account (Diyon335) to my new one (ItsDiyon). But ever since aXed said no, my motivation on this server was just killed. I guess other players (who were given this privilege) are just better payers. Hence why this second reason was named 'Politics'.

Without further ado, these are the people that made my GuildCraft experience memorable:

Head Admins:

@llElDiabloll - Back in 2013, this guy accepted my survival application. He was the reason I have been staff and a loyal GuildCraft member until this day, since 2013.

@xph11 - After being demoted for inactivity. xph11 accepted me back into the survival team and he also was the reason I was 1 out of the 4 Eggwars Admins. He was GC's hope... but now I don't know anymore. You worked your butt off, yet no one appreciated you. For what it's worth, I did.

@parle - The only head admin that can be trusted 100%. Always replies within 2-4 hours on his busy work days. And instantly when online. The only one that listens and actually has interest in your ideas. If aXed doesn't give you console soon, I'll be on the forums saying 'GC is dead' too. Now that xph is gone, you are GC's future. Thank you for all the advice and wisdom and knowledge you've given me

@Rabascm - Despite our differences, I must thank you for accepting my 3rd survival app.

Fellow staff members/Players/Other Head Admins:

@ItsMeganHere - 1 game of Eggwars led to us being best friends. No player can replace that. I'm glad you're part of the staff team now. You can help revive Eggwars with @parle . Take care aight? I will come on your birthday.

@Thekillermatic - It was a great pleasure working alongside you. The help you gave me was greatly appreciated.

@Nick59 - Stay savage my friend. Hope you get Bedwars

@Trynic - Congrats on admin. Stay strong

@ExoTicZ - Welcome back m8. Become eggwars admin again and help our server

Aw sorry to see you go Diyon. I enjoyed the times on EggWars, you'll be missed.

mate good to have u here , youve been helping all the players from when u began its sad that so many great staff members are leaving to this situation "the servers toxicity"

 

Not really sure how I should react to this...

You have been a really important friend pet to me, you introduced me to awesome people, guiding me on how to be a good player and also peed magical spells on me which made me holy till today.

I will miss staying up till late just for you to be able to play with me (cuz your data is noob af), I will miss teasing your "ugly" skin and I will miss talking to you, a guy with major trust issues.

No regrets befriending you after that 1 magical game.

The only regret I have is not keeping my cool for the stupidest incident which almost broke our friendship apart.

My time on GC is always happy with you, my favourite wizard and will always be.

Sincerely hope you lead a happy life from now on, do your best in everything you do,and never ever give up!
