»Why is Factions dying and How to recover from that!

Reasons why factions is dying:

• People ragequit
• People have nothing other to do but:

1. Build bases
2. Enchant / kit (Poop)
3. Die
4. Spawn again
5. get raided
6. rage quit

• No events

1. No active pvp events (once a week)
2. too many koths (Max should be 4) [4 corners of the map]
3. supply drops should just be random no warnings at all...(Gives members a chance to build up)

• EULA / blacklist got us downhill
• Too many banned known players that have either quit or just got banned (TritonPNY, Appletine, bunny2hot4u2c, WillytheNoob, etc...
• Make voting sort of like hypixel but only choosing 1 card. (What it looks like https://rewards.hypixel.net/claim-reward/e227f584)
• The role of admin should increase its numbers ^ due to a number of hackers

How to recover from the mistakes!

• Give ragequit players a chance by adding events such as "naked pvp tournament" and no warning supply drops
• events should be announced ahead of the tournament (3-5 days ahead) like koths ;')
• massive unban of all (ranked players) not blacklisted players like Willythenoob though...
• Voting is boring currently but adding the card voting like hypixel will help guildcraft a lot!
• The more admins the better reducing a number of hackers in a server...

I agree, these famous players made the server so much more fun. But you have to understand that the server is dying everyone knows it, yes even aXed, its better to just find a new server or game :/

Maybe ill join this server with my faction after rr... I used to own a faction with 200+ players, i bet u i can get like 40
But server needs ingame ranks.
If it had ingame ranks there would be a lot more players.
Maybe add a price on f top first 3 factions...

You cannot simply stop le "ragequit", its minecraft calm down. I do agree that there is quite a large gap between Donators and members and it is understandable people will rage, but thats something no one can stop we can try to help users not rage but overall is simply a impossible task. Events do get announced when they're much larger. No point announcing every tiny event which happens on factions as in some cases its a one off thing and just there for the moment. As for the supply drop It could be considered but again its the fun of going to the exact cords and trying to get it, maybe some variation in the locations or delay when the cords are sent out could work either way something to consider.

Massive unban, why?
That's implying that every "Ranked" user who has hacked, been a toxic skid etc could easily do it all again as that happens too often with any old player who gets unbanned. Just because a player has a donated they're still treated equal towards someone who hasn't (In most cases xd). Yeah I think some of the bans are a tad outrageous but not everyone should be unbanned if they have a rank. If you break the rules then expect to be punished. Unbanning well known players could be considered if they were actually going to play and not be toxic imbeciles. Either way If we were to go with this approach of unbanning ranked players then eventually would lead to everyone who has ever been banned getting an unban. Better off simply removing everything and starting over or leave as it is and work through unbanning some users.
Some bans can be brought to attention for review via the higher ups,
In saying that I'm not meaning that we'll unban anyone but we can review older bans and look at considering the options.

Voting could be considered as "boring" but perhaps in the next reset the vote crate will be spiced up alongside other rewards given from voting. Defiantly will not be seeing a card system like hypixel developed for voting, maybe something unique developed?

There are plenty of admins, well not a lot (Quality over quantity) there is a stable number of them and I'm happy. Not simply going to promote everyone to admin. Yes you could increase the amount of admins and yes they'll ban more people and decrease such a high number of hackers but they will eventually come back and do it over and over. It isn't the biggest issue as there will always be hackers as this is a cracked server. Might be the time to hit up another Banwave :^)

I got banned for comprimized accounteven tho i never sold/shared my account with anyone, i appealed and my appeal was ignored, hope that answers your question on why factions is dead.
