PLS IM SRS ABT THIS I UNREGISTERED MY ACC BUT IT WONT WORK MY PREV ACC IS CHANHUANJIAN THEN I CHANGED MY NAME TO god_slayerx btw chanhuanjian not in cap i need ur help to refresh my ip make me back to gc thank me meh freaking up and i have to than cptrionspider and diyon for halping me if it dont work i will spam them but i belief in them pls delete chanhuanjian godslayer chengjiawen even thoe i unregistered them and one more thing dont say i didnt make a support ticket i did its an error pls help me get back HA PLS

 

First log in with the name you want to unregister ,

then do /unregister [password] [confirmpassword]

if you dont put the password right , which im sure you didnt , it wont work.

Other than that you can try to ask someone else to register the account for you (Only staff)
or make a support ticket.

 

dude this is not for u mods and btw i did it thats why i made a support ticket and unregister my acc i did all i could and i got help from staff members didnt u even read my things stupid

If a mod like myself cant even properly understand what you are even trying to say due to broken grammar i doubt the admins can help you as well

Im assuming ps means password (?)

you dont have to unregister your password smarty pants you have to log in with the name you want to unregister (Not log in just connect to the hub) then unregister with the procedure above , in case you forgot the password you registered your old account with and having trouble with unregistering it then only making support tickets can help you as the people with the authority to delete accounts are the one's who can view the support tickets (aXed , xph11 , Melon333 etc)

But these people are busy so you wont get an immdiate reply so please have some patience.

Sorry for dong this, but i have the same problem, i wanted to unregister my account McProLord yet it wont work. I did what u said ^^^ and all it did was ask for my pw like /login **** so i did then nothing popped up, then i repeated the process

 

You need to execute the unregister command after logging in

 

maybe the plugin is glitching?

 

That is exactly what i did
as said above, after i logined i did /unregister pw pw then it asked me to login

 

dude i did ask for admins to help u cant doubt it when it alrdy happened and they tried thier best but they cant only head-admins can help and my english is not broken alrigh ._. i just type rly fast

P.S.#2 H-A cannot refresh your IP.

Try making your name back to your old account and register.
OR
Unregister your accounts that isn't used. Try asking your family members if they are playing GC as well. Tell them to unregister (If they don't want to play) their accounts and register on your new account.
