No he's not staff, but he helps a TON of people here, doing literally staff job.
You should buy an Unban #2 Tier, or just try to join GuildCraft, it will probably say what tier you should buy. And be more kind towards people that try to help you or just say their opinions. KingCraft has no reason to postfarm. He already has 200+ posts, way more than the number you have to apply. Plus, he helps a bunch of people every day.

 

All I know is perm bans are unban tier #2.
