If you are new player and join see some people :

Randy22 >> Server is boring
Randy699 >> Sever is not good its just boring

New players will just press alt + f4 and then go to another server -_-

Letting People to Make Server bad in their chat and Talking about Every single proplem in main chat
Must be Punishable
They think by saying that They are Saving server
If you dont like server , Just Press Alt + F4 Dont make Other people Hate it.
Or just Report Bugs at Forums

So I think Saying like that must be punishable at least 12 Hours Mute
