the guy probably uses Force OP in which he cant be banned , only by the owner.
probably he can ban the owner to.


got the most things from someone in prison.

 

Lel, if using an well known plugin... ...there is a packet-management exploit that can crash the server

The server only allows chatting then stops.

Its just the server itself crashing.
and that guy is abusing the moment as he's DDOSing.
