that makes no sense, because if you charge back you should get the money back. Also if you didn't get the money back then all you have to do is call your bank and tell the your situation. They should've given back the money to GC or payed you the money. If what your saying is true then you shouldn't be banned. Actually, there is. When you chargeback your bank contacts your seller (GC) about the situation your claiming that happened. If GC has a strong enough argument and ToS, then GC keeps the money and the chargeback fails. No guarantee to get your money when you chargeback. BuyCraft doesn't know any better when a chargeback succeeds or fails, you just get banned upon an attempt of a chargeback.
