1) yes. The reason why turkey was blacklisted was because of all the ddos attacks coming from there. Instead of banning the country, why not just install proper ddos protection programs e.g. https://dasvps.com/. The revenue from Turkish players should easily cover this expense.

2) yes. Pretty sure muting other languages in chat was to make moderators and admins jobs easier in monitoring chat, but it has done a lot more harm than good. This is one of the main reasons why we are no longer seeing 3000 people a day, second only to the EULA fuckery.

you see, they have problems with minecraft itself, how players kill pigs which is 'haram' in their muslim religion

atleast that's the explanation a staff gave me when I asked why turkish players are banned

 

1) Yes. At least see what happens when they get unbanned. The region can always be rebanned if necessary.
2) No. Other languages pollute the chat and make it hard to communicate with others. Its hard to understand what someone in arabic is saying if most of the people (including staff) speak english and not arabic. Imo, its really not doing harm because english is the #1 most spoke language in the world.

1. In all honesty, this isn't likely to happen.
2. I'm 50/50 with this, as of course, not everyone knows how to speak English, and it's quite harsh punishing people for those offended even when they know they did nothing wrong. Yet again, communication is difficult when others are speaking several languages. And if this rule were to be lifted, they may be swearing and speaking inappropriately in the global chat and staff members like myself, who only speak English, would be none the wiser.

- Get good, new minigames (maybe bedwars)
- Active mods/admins
- try to get UHC/SG back to greatness. Many players enjoyed these 2 game modes back then

Its frustrating when you go on a server and everyone else is speaking other languages.

And i agree with the part of sucking D to become staff, every application should be reviewed by axed himself and the ones that meets the requirements should go through an interview with him(talking with axed on ts)
Bts they should decrease the clean history requirement to 2 months :3
