I don't know why im replying to a condescending jerk, but i guess ill give you my words, i made this post just to wake them up, because nothings really being done, with 'Hacker' side of things, so instead of declining people that are worthy, and want to become staff, give them a chance to prove that, and im not desperate , its called ''helping''. So everyone can have fun while playing the game.

Maybe if the applicants made better application's, instead of 1 sentence motivation's, perhaps you would see more people get accepted. Also if people actually read the requirements before applying, many would realize what they're really missing. All I got to say

 

Agree, more staff is needed and the staff annihilation barely play even an hour per day.

 

I feel like staff applications take more thought and time than "We need more staff members, we need to accept applications."
I'm not saying that there are always staff members online, and the team isn't gigantic. However, this isn't fully on the staff member's behalves. The community is to blame for this as well. If more people got passionate about applying and working with the community then maybe that would inspire others to do the same.

Maybe the application format should be built in, instead of applicants having to copy and paste in the format. It would reduce these 1 sentence answers, and it would definitely make the applications a lot more organized. Perhaps you could add the requirements above the application box.
However, if you all do this already, maybe it is time for a change in format or requirements? Just a thought.

I'm not sure what the requirement is for GuildCraft, but if it is an hour+ then you should talk to a staff member about it or report it instead of seeing staff members not do their job to the fullest potential. Remember, they volunteered for this so they should have known what they were getting into. Don't feel guilty about reporting a staff member.

A staff members job is not limited to the forums.....it's just sad when you never see a staff member online In game.
This is a suggestion he has given...agree to it or disagree.

In fact people can apply as many times as they want to and nobody can stop them from doing so.

I have seen your good guy attitude in the forum's and i believe you put your whole hearted effort into your application(I hold some respect for that) and dont tell me that you didnt
ever want staff because i have been through a similar phase like you and i have envied a few people for it, it is a part of human nature and i can't blame anyone for it. Its best if you drop the arguement after this.
