The 'Youtuber Rank' requires a vast amount of subscribers, not just 55+
Limiting this can easily uptake the problems of getting 'freebies' on other servers, and using the 'Youtuber' rank as a necessity of manipulation. Hence why there's a specific cap on how to obtain this rank.

Just as Matic said, 10k (10,000) is the limited amount of subscribers you need to obtain this rank, so I am sorry, you're not eligible to obtain this rank.
