I just won this kit from the vote crate, but I have no clue where to find my items.

When I do that, I see /crateredeem redeem <name of redeemable>
What do I write there?

 

Update:
I found another topic with a short guide how to claim the kit.
If I do /crateredeem list, it shows "You don't have any redeemables saved!"

What am I doing wrong?
