They could have said a lot more in the past, so they could have been muted for being toxic.

The staff members are doing their best, and your friend @ItzPrettyPvP is toxic for saying a retard to a ppl, so the mute is correct. Tell her to make her own report. Plus don't disrespect staffs and @PiranhaShell will not get demoted.

Well 2 years ago it is mutable for provoking, but for this year i don't know if it is mutable

What's wrong with you? First of wrong section and why on earth are you trying to get your friend unmuted? Let your friend make a report by themself, the mute is correct.Locking to prevent further garbage posts.

 

How would you like it if you were being called a retard? It isn't pleasant, hence the rule in the first place. In the future, ask your friend to make an unmute request in the correct section if she thinks she has been unfairly muted (link is here for your easy reference, feel free to bookmark it!). If you're that desperate to get your friend unmuted, I'm more likely to see the report in that section, instead of "off-topic" where, like its section name suggests, is for topics that are not related to the server
