Okay I am writting this because I just dont know what can I do... I have been been banned by AutoBan because i was supposed to be "hacking", when im not but thats other thing. So I make an unban request, and a support ticket. Support ticket has been asnwered saying "Make an unban request" wich I made before making the ticket. So i have been contacting with many admins that told me to enter in TeamSpeak 3 and Discord, where i have been connected the last 2 days. The Unban request was maked on Friday pretty early. So i just dont know how to contact any admin to answer my unban request. I understand that u have 1000 users connected in the server and for sure lot of requests to answer, but i just dont know what to do... If someone can say me something apart of "wait a reply" it would be awesome, i know that i should be patient but i play in FACTION server, and with 1 friend only in my faction, so wait this much time could result in an overclaim... I wanted to thanks anyways all the admins/mods that had help me trying to contact someone to answer de request... If you even want the chance to be unbanned, you should wait patiently, they have way more than just your unban request to read, they will get to it when they can and there is nothing you can do to speed up the process.
With like... IDK 20+ people being banned today, with more than that being muted.. You can imagine the headache they have to deal with each day. Not to mention these guys aren't doing this for their full-time job - so they don't "have" to respond if they don't want to. Anyways, just be patient. The thing is, the mass majority of people banned for hacking were very well hacking - it doesn't matter what they say. In fact, if I was a staff member, regardless of who was appealing, I'd always assume hacks and go from there. If you were hacking, shame. If not, I wish you the best and hopefully this gets solved soon.
