Well heres the reason:When you use toggle sneak with player API u can chat,open chest,open inventory while sneaking and it counts as an unfair advantage meanwhile Bettersprint,Toggle sprint doesnt have that features

Also any mod that helps you sprint is allowed as long as it doesn't have a togglesneak feature which allows you to remain sneaking while browsing your inventory or chat.
